WorkLaunch™

employment readiness program

"A specialist transition program designed to prepare young people for meaningful employment, greater independence, and a self-directed future."

WorkLaunch™ is a supported, NDIS-aligned 12 week employment readiness program created for participants who are ready to take purposeful steps toward the workforce but require structured guidance to get there.

More than a skills program, WorkLaunch™ is a developmental pathway, intentionally designed to build the confidence, capability, executive functioning, and professional behaviours required for sustainable employment.

Through expert facilitation, real-world rehearsal, and personalised planning, participants are supported to move from uncertainty to direction, and from preparation to readiness.

Because employment is not just about getting a job…it is about building a life.

.

The WorkLaunch™ Difference:

WorkLaunch has been carefully designed to bridge the often-challenging gap between education and employment.

  • Specialist, Outcome-Driven Design

Every component of the program targets measurable capacity-building outcomes aligned with participant NDIS goals.

  • Intentionally Small Groups

Delivered in a structured environment that balances independence with responsive support, allowing participants to develop competence without overwhelm.

  • Real-world Readiness

Participants do not simply learn about work, they practise workplace behaviours, communication, and expectations until they feel natural and achievable.

  • Individualised Success Planning

A comprehensive onboarding process enables our team to deeply understand each participant’s strengths, aspirations, and support needs, ensuring their pathway remains purposeful and achievable.

  • Future-Focused Approach

WorkLaunch prioritises long-term employability, self-advocacy, and adult identity, not short-term task completion.

What age is WorkLaunch™ suitable for?

WorkLaunch™ is designed for young adults aged 16+ who are ready to take the next step toward greater independence — but need structured, intentional support to get there.

This program is ideal for young people who:

• Are transitioning from school into adulthood

• Want to build confidence in everyday life and community settings

• Need support with executive functioning (planning, organisation, follow-through)

• Are preparing for independent or supported living

• Would like to reduce reliance on parents or carers over time

• Benefit from small groups and guided peer interaction

• Learn best through practical, real-world experiences rather than theory alone

WorkLaunch™ supports participants who are capable and motivated, but not yet fully independent — recognising that independence is a skill that must be taught, practised, and reinforced, not assumed.

The program is especially valuable for neurodivergent young adults who thrive in environments that are predictable, strengths-based, and professionally supported, while still encouraging autonomy, decision-making, and self-advocacy.

If a young person is ready to move forward — but needs the right scaffolding to do so confidently — LifeLaunch is built for them.
