"Behind every Marching Forward program is a team of passionate, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about making a difference. Each member brings their own lived experience, professional expertise, and heart to everything we do — creating an environment that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
Together, we share one mission: to help children, teens, and adults build confidence, connection, and community. Our team doesn’t just provide support — we walk beside every participant, celebrating progress, individuality, and the joy of marching forward together."

Marching Forward began over five years ago from one mum’s simple but powerful vision — to create a space where neurodivergent children and teens could feel seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
Lou, a mum herself from a neurodivergent household, understood firsthand how isolating and overwhelming navigating supports could be. She saw how traditional systems often left families feeling lost — and kids missing the opportunity to truly connect, grow, and belong.
What started as a small community initiative has blossomed into a thriving network of programs, workshops, and social experiences designed to meet participants where they’re at — emotionally, socially, and creatively.
At Marching Forward, every child and young person is met with patience, care, and understanding. We focus on building confidence through connection, helping participants develop meaningful friendships, life skills, and independence — all while having fun.
We’re not just a service provider — we’re a community that believes in progress at your own pace, support that feels like family, and growth that’s celebrated every step of the way.
