Our story
Lou and Alicia: two mums who get it.
Marching Forward is owned and run by two mums, Lou and Alicia, who have walked this path with their own families first.
It began over five years ago, when Lou wanted a space where neurodivergent children and teens could feel seen and celebrated. Today Lou and Alicia lead it together, supporting children, teens and adults of all abilities.
Under the two of them, it has grown into a network of programs, workshops and social experiences, all focused on building confidence, friendships, life skills and independence, with progress at each person's own pace.
Our team doesn't just provide support. We walk alongside every participant.
