LifeLaunch™

Build independence - capability - confidence

"A specialist transition-to-adulthood program designed to build independence, capability, and confident community participation."

LifeLaunch™ is a structured, NDIS-aligned small-group program for young adults aged 17+, created to support participants as they move toward greater autonomy and a more self-directed future.

This high-support program combines practical life skill development, executive functioning support, social capability training, and guided community participation to produce meaningful, measurable capacity-building outcomes.

At LifeLaunch™, independence is not assumed, it is explicitly taught, practised, and reinforced within a safe, professionally supported environment.

Each participant is supported through an individualised pathway aligned to their NDIS goals, ensuring the program remains purposeful, outcomes-focused, and responsive to their stage of development.

The 12-Week Program Includes:

  • Intentionally Small Groups: Delivered with a 1:2 facilitator-to-participant ratio, allowing for responsive support, skill scaffolding, and genuine relationship building.

  • Outcome-Driven Framework: Every element of the program is designed to strengthen independence, executive functioning, and social competence.

  • Real-world Application: Skills are practised both within the studio and in community settings to support confident skill transfer into everyday life.

  • Individual Success Planning: Participants commence with a comprehensive onboarding process, enabling our team to design a personalised Success Plan aligned directly with NDIS capacity-building goals.

  • Peer-informed Learning Environment: Carefully facilitated peer interaction fosters belonging while strengthening communication, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness.

What age is Life Launch™suitable for?

LifeLaunch™ is designed for young adults aged 16+ who are ready to take the next step toward greater independence — but need structured, intentional support to get there.

This program is ideal for young people who:

• Are transitioning from school into adulthood

• Want to build confidence in everyday life and community settings

• Need support with executive functioning (planning, organisation, follow-through)

• Are preparing for independent or supported living

• Would like to reduce reliance on parents or carers over time

• Benefit from small groups and guided peer interaction

• Learn best through practical, real-world experiences rather than theory alone

LifeLaunch™ supports participants who are capable and motivated, but not yet fully independent — recognising that independence is a skill that must be taught, practised, and reinforced, not assumed.

The program is especially valuable for neurodivergent young adults who thrive in environments that are predictable, strengths-based, and professionally supported, while still encouraging autonomy, decision-making, and self-advocacy.

If a young person is ready to move forward — but needs the right scaffolding to do so confidently — LifeLaunch is built for them.
