Diverse Ventures™ is a six-month, NDIS-aligned online program delivered by award-winning business coach and marketing strategist Alicia Hagen, designed to support participants to build confidence, independence, and economic participation through the development of their own personally meaningful business.
The program is delivered through weekly online sessions, with ongoing access to course materials and mentoring support throughout the week to answer questions, provide guidance, and foster connection with other participants.
More than a business course, Diverse Ventures™ is a guided developmental journey — supporting participants to move from ideas to execution while strengthening identity, autonomy, and future direction.
By the conclusion of the program, participants leave not only with increased capability, but with a financially viable venture they can continue to grow.
Because true independence is built when a person recognises their capacity to create opportunities for themselves.

Diverse Ventures™ empowers participants to create opportunity, independence, and purpose through meaningful business development.
Innovation-Led Design
Developed in alignment with NDIS Innovative Community Participation supports, Diverse Ventures™ prioritises creativity, autonomy, and non-traditional pathways toward economic participation.
Strengths-First Methodology
Each participant begins by identifying their natural abilities, interests, and passions. These strengths are then intentionally shaped into a realistic, achievable business pathway through structured guidance and personalised mentoring.
Weekly online delivery with ongoing support
The program is delivered through weekly online sessions, supported by ongoing access to course materials and mentoring throughout the week. This ensures participants can revisit content, ask questions as they arise, and receive timely guidance between sessions.
Psychological Safety Through Online Delivery
The fully online model supports consistent engagement while reducing social pressure, sensory overload, and participation barriers often experienced in face-to-face environments.
Neuro-Affirming Framework
As a neuro-affirming provider, we recognise the complexity of navigating conventional employment pathways and intentionally create environments where diverse ways of thinking are respected, supported, and empowered.
Community Beyond the Session
Participants gain access to a supportive online peer community that fosters connection, accountability, mentoring, and encouragement — both throughout the program and beyond completion.
