Why people choose us

A place where you don't have to explain yourself.

As an NDIS participant — or supporting one — you know the drill: explaining needs over and over, hoping someone finally gets it. At Marching Forward, your needs aren't just heard, they're actually catered to.

Every program is built around small groups, the same familiar faces every week, and a well-rounded suite of supports spanning life skills, work readiness, relationships and emotional wellbeing — designed around real people, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Owned and run by two mums, Lou and Alicia, Marching Forward has spent 5+ years supporting NDIS participants of all ages and abilities across South East Queensland.

"It's not just support. It's a place where progress is celebrated — every step, at your own pace."

What we believe

We're not about babysitting or passing the time.

We're about creating real progress through carefully designed programs, meaningful connections, and individualised plans that build skills, confidence, and independence.

Our team is hands-on, compassionate, and invested in each person's success. We celebrate every milestone — big or small — because every step forward matters.

It's direction. It's growth. It's moving toward a brighter, more capable future.
